I need an invoice, can you make it when I place an order?

Sure, just check the I need an invoice checkbox in the checkout page and fill the fields with your data. You can download the invoices later in the Invoices page. If you've already placed the order but you forgot to insert your data, please contact us and we'll do our best to fix the problem.


What payment methods are supported?

You can pay with credit or debit cards and with Paypal. If you want to suggest a new payment method, please contact us.


How can I cancel a subscription, if I decide to do so?

Just go to the Subscriptions page and click the Cancel subscription button. You'll still be able to use the subscription until it expires. If you use Paypal you can, as an alternative to the aforementioned method, cancel the recurring payment directly from their website.


Why is the microstock agency or software that I'm using not able to correctly read the metadata from the PNG files?

We include the metadata for title, description and keywords in the PNG files. The problem is that the PNG format doesn't officially support those fields, so some programs and agencies are able to read them, others are not.


The generated keywords (or the titles and descriptions) aren't compatible with one of the microstock agencies on which I upload my images to. What should I do?

We do our best to ensure the maximum compatibility of our service with the most popular microstock agencies. If one of the agencies isn't compatible, please contact us and we'll do our best to fix the problem.


A section of the website isn't working as expected. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll fix the problem.


Why can't the software recognize a place or an event, and can't index my editorial images properly?

Our tool isn't made to identify specific places or locations, or for indexing editorial images. Sometimes it may still identify the most popular places correctly. If your images have gps data in them, you can enable the "Read geolocation metadata" option, so the AI will be able to read the exact location of your images and tag them accordingly.


Why have some of my files been renamed?

Because you've probably used special characters that, due to compatibility issues, we can't keep in the name of your file. We strongly suggest you to only use letters, numbers, spaces, underscores, round brackets and the minus sign. The names of some files may be also shortened automatically by our system if they are 245 characters or longer. Please note that some non-english characters may be considered longer than they appear.


The keywords generator is a little slow in processing my images. Will it be faster in the future?

Our system is tuned to achieve the best results, and not to be particularly fast. We need a lot of computational power to process your images and videos. Please also note that the upscaler may be particularly slow, especially if many people are using it at once. So, if you are in an hurry, we suggest you to not use the upscaler.
